Aroma Acupoint Therapy

Treatment involves placing particular oils on specific acupoints or reflex zones on the body to trigger energetic changes that allow a state of balance to occur. Aroma Acupoint Therapy works on the basis of mutual resonance through the systematic and intentional combination of essential oils and acupoints, resulting in a more significant clinic effect than using either of the treatment methods alone.

Guided Self Study
Using mindful awareness, guided self study is a method to support self-discovery, healing and growth to study the core organizers of our experiences that show up as the beliefs we have of ourselves, our relationships and the world we live in. With mindful curiosity we can begin to notice how we each have both conscious and unconscious limiting beliefs that prevent us from having what we want in life, and begin to transform our experiences in a way that helps us remember the experiences we long for and who we want to be.
